LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES: In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once the package has shipped.

*** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS***PLEASE READ: Unfortunately it is not possible to track packages once they leave the U.S. and delivery confirmation and insurance is NOT available on the flat rate envelopes. So, while we can provide proof of shipment on our end, we cannot be responsible for packages once shipped internationally.

Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Sometimes it just takes a little bit longer for them to arrive, due to customs. We can give you the tracking numbers, but it is impossible to track them through the U.S. postal system once they leave the country.
